High temp dish machine rinse guage reading 130F.Repair Maintain rinse 180-194F or per manufactures instructions. Irreversible thermometer reading 161F Wash temp 160F 3 bay sink available for use Upon re-inspection PIC states & provided documentation that parts are on order. At the time of re-inspection on 6.9.22.PIC has provided an invoice that the part was replaced.Guage still reading 130F(temp disk reading 161F) Spoke with service person via telephone he is stating that the manufacture has recalled a defective batch of thermostats the company is providing a new part. Service person stating he will forward documentation about bad parts(Absolute kitchen supply)
