Downstairs basement storage room with two reach in refrigerated unit has open ceiling with exposed wires and what appears to be a waste drain pipe. Seal ceiling with smooth durable non porous and easily cleanable materials per code requirements for areas where food is being stored or prepared. Large Hole in wall in downstairs storage room around piping entering wall. Seal. Provide detailed work order specifying when repairs to be made and time frame.
