I observed an employee doing multiple things like stocking in lobby came back went to trash area and then to the food floor where he reached to grab a box of gloves pulled out 2 and proceeded to don the gloves. I asked him if he could wash his hands and advised him how important to do so. COS and manager COS

Wash hands for 20 seconds minimum with soap and 100°F water: After restroom ALWAYS, Before food prep, After touching face/hair/clothing, Between raw and ready-to-eat foods, After handling garbage, Every 30 minutes during continuous prep, After any contamination risk.
