The dish machine is broken and out of service / . Utensils are brought over to the Sherman Hall location at closing time (2:00PM) to be cleaned and sanitized. Extra utensils and containers are kept on site if needed for service.

Dish machine is now not draining and filling properly. Machine rinse temperature has been repaired the machine has again been taken out of service due to plumbing / Ensure the machine can be properly repaired or replace it. Stand has ample utensils and containers on hand. At closing 2:00pm all used utensils and containers are brought over to Stillman Hall for cleaning and sanitizig.
