Almond milk was on the counter for undetermined amount of time at 72F PIC tried placing in cooler before taking a temp he said I just opened- Discontinue storing any opened milk or almond milk at room temperature when open refrigerate 41F or below. Discarded by PIC. 4/11/22- opened almond milk on counter at 76.8F was voluntarily discarded by PIC - All opened Almond milk needs to be refrigerated at 41F or below.

In use spatulas had cream cheese on them and not stored inside clean hot water of 135F or above- Discontinue leaving in use utensils in ambient air to prevent bacterial growth. 4/11/22 On counter there was a serrated knife with residue of cream cheese and bread crumbs not stored in clean water of 135F or above - PIC removed knife and was advised to wash rinse and sanitize
