Door to the single deli style cooler next to the donut case does not close properly and is loose. Unit was operating at the right temperature at the time of the inspection. Gasket around the door to the cooler below the hot chocolate machine is damaged and does not allow the door to close properly. Address and make any necessary repairs. Both 4 drawer deli cooler doors do not close properly allowing cold air to escape. Address and make any necessary repairs. Units were all operating at the proper temperature at the time of the inspection. If units begin to loose product temperature then management is to discontinue use until all repairs have been made.
