Gasket around the door to the cooler below the hot chocolate machine is damaged and does not allow the door to close properly. Both 4 drawer deli cooler doors do not close properly allowing cold air to escape. If units begin to loose product temperature then management is to discontinue use until all repairs have been made. At the time of the re-inspection Gaskets had been ordered but management is waiting on arrival to be installed. All units were maintaining at below 41F and verified at the time of the re-inspection.
