Hands sink on the cookline is not operable and the handsinks are too far for staff to use those sinks one located opposite end of the store and the other in warewash area which was completely dry and also the other sink had bucket on it and extremely wet- Staff Removed excess water and bucket and washed hands . Train staff to wash hands at designated handsinks.

Almond milk sitting on counter was half way used and temperature 63F and climbing- After opening Almond milk place in refrigerator 41F- or below Staff corrected on site said was opened and out for 35 minutes

Immediately discard foods held above 41°F for over 4 hours. Rapidly cool foods above 41°F if less than 2 hours. Check ALL cooler temps every 2 hours with calibrated thermometer. Repair/adjust refrigeration immediately. Never store food in non-refrigerated areas.
