Controlling Pests (C)
Evidence of rodent activity in the back room near the back entrance and near the dry storage under the little table. Clean floor to remove droppings. 1/08/24- PIC WAS PRESENT DURING THE INSPECTION. The pest control company ECOLAB stated on the last invoice that they needed to seal some holes to prevent the pest from entering the building. The PIC took action and applied spray foam inside the holes. This was observed during today's inspection. Observed rodent droppings old and new in the hallway leading to the front. CLEAN AND SWEEP- the floors under all the shelving in and around the office under the small table. Remove water in the back hallway leading out to the back door. ECOLAB-stated on the invoice that they would be out JAN 3rd. No one came out. Provide a updated pest report.
