Evidence of rodent droppings in the back corner of the store under the papergoods shelving and in the corner on the floor in the back next to the 2 door reach in. The pest reports are current recommendations have been made on the reports. These need to be addressed. If the pest company has not inspected the basement or the ceiling this is recommended to help with the rodent problem. Please contact the licensed exterminator and provide a detailed IPM report at the next inspection.

SEVERE CONTAMINATION: Rodent droppings carry 35+ diseases including Hantavirus (36% mortality rate), Salmonella (20% of cases from rodents), Leptospirosis (kidney/liver failure). Mice contaminate 10 times more food than they eat through urine and droppings.

IMMEDIATE ACTION: Clean/sanitize all affected areas with 10% bleach solution. Discard ALL exposed food. Seal holes over 1/4 inch (mice) or 1/2 inch (rats). Remove food sources. Install bait stations. Professional extermination within 24 hours.

System Maintained in Good Repair (C)
At the time of the re inspection a pipe burst in the ceiling of one of the employee bathrooms. Cold clean water was leaking from the light fixture. The maintance man for the building was on site at this time and was able to come and inspect the leak. The bathroom is not in use at this time and will remained closed until the repair is fixed. The 2nd bathroom is open. These bathrooms are not open to the public. Repair leak and provide an invoice for tomorrow's re inspection.
