Staff finish a bacon egg taco and was about to wrap it up I asked to take a temperature it was 115F- I asked him to reheat to 155F or above COS to 198F
Why This Matters
RAPID BACTERIAL GROWTH: At 50°F, E. coli doubles every 30 minutes. At 70°F, it doubles every 20 minutes. After 4 hours above 41°F, bacteria can reach dangerous levels causing severe illness. Common result: 24-72 hours of diarrhea, vomiting, fever, potential hospitalization.
Code Requirements
Immediately discard foods held above 41°F for over 4 hours. Rapidly cool foods above 41°F if less than 2 hours. Check ALL cooler temps every 2 hours with calibrated thermometer. Repair/adjust refrigeration immediately. Never store food in non-refrigerated areas.

PIC was in full operation with water temperature that fell 48F. I tested to make sure it was just the one sink it was all thr sinks at 48F- Repair/Replace water heater. Food being prepared by staff not up to the proper temperature sandwich with eggs and bacon was 115F- reheat to proper temperature before serving cleaning and using handsink as a dunp sink were other violations. - Train stqaff on the above mentioned

Customers bringing pets inside store and no questions asked nor a visible sign posted to clearly state no animals- I asked PIC what is asked he said no questions were asked because they get push back from customers- I sent via email the ADA and advised they post a visible sign.

Water temperature was not at the proper temperature whenI arrived it was 48F at all sinks- PIC stated plumber was enroute then another Manager/ owner came and stated he had to turn the hot water heater back on and that it went out. Staff is to report any issue with water or any other imminent issue or voluntarily closed until issue is repaired .
