"Blue shirt" testing chlorinating sanitizer with quat test kit.She was up on floor in flip flops(?) and didn't know "New" procedure in place.She explained that a different "system will be in place tomorrow.(What about today????).She didn't know it was a chlorine base sanitizer although it's stated on packet??
