Though no visual evidence of a pest issue was observed during the inspection the weather stripping / barrier at the bottom of the rear door was observed to be worn. BISD could observed the exterior sidewalk through the gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. Given the neighborhood pest issues that have been further aggravated by the local construction the weather stripping / barrier should be replaced.
