No evidence of proper warewashing taking place. Three bay sink not set up only one bay has drain plug and air drying utensils still soiled. PIC states she can't set up three bay sink at this time properly. Reviewed the warewashing process with her. She will buy drain plugs immediatley.- Perform proper warewashing all the times (wash rinse sanitize).
