Ceiling tiles in the mop closet have an unidentifired soils buildup.Replace as needed. FRP paneling on wall across from the 3 bay sink is coming loose from the wall. Secure the paneling/wall surface. In the dry good storge room replace missing ceiling tiles on ceiling. Also replace damaged/soiled ceiling tiles. Clean the floor area in and around the floor drains. Remove soils buildup. Clean the floor area under the cooking equipment on the hot line.
