Wash Rinse Water Clean Proper Temperature.

High temp dish machine wash temp reading 118-125F.Repair.Maintain wash temp minimum150F or per manufactures instructions. Upon re-inspection PIC provided work order stating machine was serviced & tested in compliance. While running machine error symbol appeared during wash cycle PIC will call for service. 3 bay sink to be used until repairs are complete. PIC to forward all ducumentation to the health department. Rinse reading 191F.
