Non-Food Contact Surfaces Clean
Clean the interior of the two-door undercounter refrigeration unit. Dried orange juice and dairy products were observed on the bottom interior of the unit. The dip well should be cleaned and sanitized before the start of business and at the close of business each day. Some chocolate or fudge sauce was observed on the counter and wall surface leading to the food preparation area. The chocolate should be cleaned.
