Sanitizers Criteria-Chemicals (P)
At the time of Inspection I asked Julia to test sanitizer she uses Chlorine and it was off the charts. I had her redo it again and educating her on the proper levels it went from over 200PPM to 100ppm still high. I told her it should only be 1/2 cap to gallon of water to get the proper level otherwise its toxic. Train to get proper levels of sanitizer solution for food contact equipment and wiping cloths.

This violation directly contributes to foodborne illness risk
Code Requirements
Immediate correction required. Follow health code section 105 CMR 590.007. Implement proper cleaning & sanitization procedures. Train all staff. Document corrective actions taken.
