At the time of the re-inspection on (4/10/2025) there was evidence of what appears to be rodent droppings on the shelves in the front sales floor along with the back storage area's. Clean to remove and provide an additional pest control report for the re-inspection. Pest control is to provide a detailed IPM report depicting the current issues and the plan of attack for addressing the current rodent issue. Evidence of small flies observed in the back storage area. Address and provide a detailed IPM report.
