Basement has some rain water. It appears to come from an area that was once a restroom.It doesn't appear to be raw sewage. No odor or debris in the water that is on the floor and no odor coming from the area that was once the restroom.There is no food or supplies kept downstairs - just an office. P.I.C. has stated this has been a constant problem when there are heavy rains.He has contacted the owner of the building and has not received a response
