4/24/23 Freezer unit is repaired and running at the proper temperature -0.12 items solid. Freezer serviced on 4/22/23 4/24/23 Refrigeration unit #2 along back wall is still elevated elevated at 63F - Per PIC the refrigerator was repaired on Sat night (4/22/23) and running at the correct temp over the weekend but when I checked today it was still at 63F. Food that was delivered yesteday was placed in the unit on Sunday and out of temp today. PIC Mostafa disposed of all the contents. (See Disposal list) I spoke to general manager today. They will discontinue use until the unit is replaced.
Why This Matters
RAPID BACTERIAL GROWTH: At 50°F, E. coli doubles every 30 minutes. At 70°F, it doubles every 20 minutes. After 4 hours above 41°F, bacteria can reach dangerous levels causing severe illness. Common result: 24-72 hours of diarrhea, vomiting, fever, potential hospitalization.
Code Requirements
Immediately discard foods held above 41°F for over 4 hours. Rapidly cool foods above 41°F if less than 2 hours. Check ALL cooler temps every 2 hours with calibrated thermometer. Repair/adjust refrigeration immediately. Never store food in non-refrigerated areas.

Cooling Heating and Holding Capacities-Equipment (Pf)
4/24/23. Per PIC units were serviced on Sat and running at proper temp. Today I got an elevated reading again of 64F. Spoke to GM. Units will not be used until replaced. Referigeration unit #2 along back wall holding cheese & packaged meats is elevated 63F - Repair or replace. Per GM they will discontinue use until replaced. Beverage unit #8 at front of store holding only soda and water is still is elevated at 68F -Repair or replce.

Top middle shelf in milk unit has black like substance on metal racks - clean to remove Bottom shelf of milk/oj unit has beverage spills - clean to remove Bev units at front of store have dust and bev spills - clean to remove Clean floors under refrigeration units along back wall Clean under shelving in retail food isles - some packages and beveages have fallen below.
