Equipment includes but not limited to: All baking equipment including oven and racks All bagel making equipment All coffee urns and attached equipment Bagel display and slicers Mixers and slicers located in the lower level All equipment in close vacinity to the sprinkler break and where water traveled shall be clean and sanitized prior to use Reviewed with the Manager on Site at the time of the inspection

Areas Include but are not limited to: All counters All tables All walls and ceilings Floors including behind equipment Stairs to lower level Product elevator from lower level Full warewashing area including the 3 bay sink and dishwasher Exteriors of all refrigeration Exteriors of all baking equipment including oven All areas shall be cleaned and sanitized prior to operation
