Clean and sanitize all affected areas due to flood from water main break. Replace all water damaged flooring and equipment where necessary. Documentation is to be provided on the cleaning sanitizing and work completed of the entire basement area prior to re-opening. Work crew was on sight at the time of the re-inspection. Basement bar area is to remain closed ubtil all repairs have been made and approval from the City of Boston Health Department has been given 10/31/17.
