All other foods inside of the unit were at above 135F. Cooked chicken on the lower shelf of the glass hot holding unit at 114F. Cooked mac and cheese inside of the same unit at 124F. Drop in temperature possibly due to the heating light being out. Address and ensure all TCS foods are being maintained at 135F and above.
