Hand sink in prep area is not reaching temperature. Other hand sinks three bay and prep sink ok. PIC has it being looked at at this time. Another hans sink close by will be used until problem fixed.

High temperature dishwasher leaking. PIC has called it in to be repaired. Three bay sink is being used at this time. Disposable containers are being used for customers.
