Provide 50-100ppm of chlorine. 3 bay sink can be used. **update 3/4/2024 - part has been replaced on the back of the machine - Sanitizer is still not registering. Digital temperature gauge appear to be broken. Wash 99F rinse 45F provide 120F-140F on the wash and rinse

Code Requirements
Follow 5-step process: 1) Scrape/pre-rinse, 2) Wash in 110°F water with detergent, 3) Rinse in clean water, 4) Sanitize for 30 seconds minimum, 5) Air dry (no towel drying). Post procedure at sink. Train all staff.
