PIC stated that when he runs the prep sink the water over flows over the air gap. Repair. Contact licensed plumber to repair the air gap. Observed heavy grease build up on the air gap under the prep sink. Clean piping to remove grease build up. Ensure prep sink is being used for washing food and not cleaning pots and pans. Observed a broken hot water faucet at the hand sink in the kitchen. PIC purchased a faucet needs to be secured. Repair Contact licensed plumber to repair all violations listed in this section and provide an invoice on licensed company letterhead for the next inspection.

Code Requirements
Install self-closing devices on ALL exterior doors immediately. Doors must close completely within 3 seconds. No gaps over 1/4 inch. Consider air curtains for frequently used doors. Keep doors closed when not in active use.
