AT RE-INSPECTION -provide proof that at least one full-time staff is certified in "food protection " = SERVE / SAFE course OR that at least one staff has signed up for course-( list of courses given by inspector ) & provide for that SERVE / SAFE staff to complete the ALLERGY AWARENESS COURSE--ALLERGY AWARENESS course is done on line-watch 30 video-no test ( allergy course info given by inspector ) ALSO -POST an allergy awareness notice for patrons to see-( notice given by inspector )
