Provide tongs and a clean and sanitized holder for the tongs or deli paper at the bread dispenser. Several students grabbed bread from the unit with bear hands. Deploy signage and/or personel to explain proper procedures.

Food Utensil Storage

Provide proper storage for the ice cream scoop. It had at one time been stored in a clean pan set on ice for temperature control. The scoop cannot be stored in stagnant water. A holder internal to the unit could work provided that the scoop is under temperature control and there is minimal risk of contamination to the ice cream product.

Repair the screen to the back door. If the screen is removed the door cannot be left open to provide added ventilation during the summer.

Repair all holes within 14 days; Repaint with washable paint; Replace damaged ceiling tiles; Seal all penetrations; Clean walls and ceilings monthly; Fix any leaks immediately; Install FRP panels in splash zones
