Wiping Cloths Clean Sanitize
STORE the wiping clothes in a sanitizing solution between use-this will help kill "germs" on the clothes & help prevent spreading "germs" with contaminated clothes-- set up 1 bucket marked RAW for clothes used with raw food &1bucket marked RTE forclothes used with Ready To Eat foods-change solution at least every 4 hrs.
