Food Contact Surfaces Clean

Low Temp Dish Machine not registering any sanitizer. Repair to maintain 50-100ppm of chlorine sanitizer. Sanitizing step mwill be performed at three bay sink until repair takes place.

Why This Matters

INVISIBLE KILLERS: Bacteria survive on 'clean-looking' surfaces for days. Inadequate sanitization caused Salmonella outbreak affecting 1,500 people via ice cream. One contaminated slicer infected 300 people with Listeria.
