Tables equipment shelving and cooking equipment in the kitchen have buildup of soils food encrustments and food debris on the surfaces. Clean to remove buildup of soils food debris and food encrustments. Interior of the microwave oven is heavily soiled with food debris and food encrustments. Clean the interior of the microwave.
