Please provided a tempature measuring disk or thermal strips for this dishwasher and all the other dishers on each floor. and the three at the rehab building. All staff should be able to use them and check from time to time.

Hood filters and hood in the 6th floor full kitchen will need to be cleaned. Hood sticker for the stove side expired in April 2025 and the other is July of 2025. Hood will need to be cleaned even if not beng used. Must be up to date.
