Pipe under the 2 bay sink nea the WOK station is leaking. Address and make all necessary repairs. Sump pump locatwed on the basement floor does not appear to be operating properly. Address and make any necessary repairs. Hot water faucet of the basement hand sink is damaged. Repair. Additional hand sinks are being used until repairs have been made.
