Establishment shall provide updated pest control reports from a licensed pest control company Pest control reports shall indicate any pest activity in the area any structural voids that shall be repaired and any cleaning issues that shall be corrected All reports shall be provided to the Health Department Evidence of pest activity is noted throughout the food court including in seating area and ledges along windows and walls
