Food Contact Surfaces Clean
The dishwasher wash cycle is 120F and the rinse cycle is 120F. There is no sanitizer reading becuase the sanitizer bottle is empty. Provide proper sanitizer level to be sure that items are being sanitized. 3/20/18 They are running out to get the sanitizer from Restaurant Depot. They bought quats sanitizer by mistake.
