French drain located at the doors of the lower level storage in the supermarket is not properly controlling rain water from entering the basement. Heavy water buildup within the doors. Properly clean or repair french drain to eliminate water from entering the storage area No products stored in this area at the time of the inspection 07/01/25 During a smoke test conducted by Boston Water and Sewer at the location smoke was noted coming from 3 locations within the Kiosk where Grasshopper is located. The 3 areas included a large pipe located under the 3 bay sink in the back An open pipe located behind the ice machine and from a drain in the cookline which has a grease trap below. Smoke was observed by both myself and the Enviromental Inspectors that were on site for the smoke test Repairs by a licensed plumber shall be made in these areas. Obtain proper permits for all work and contact Inspectional services for a plumbing inspection to verify work conducted

Controlling Pests (Pf)
At the time of the inspection pest activity was noted within multiple vacant kiosks located in the food court attached to the supermarket. Evidence of nesting materials and droppings were noted on shelving floors equipment and si nks in the vacant kiosks. Per the owners the individual kiosks are responsible for pest control Building management shall provide pest control to these areas when vacant Evidence of pest activity in the supermarket below retail shelving Provide updated detailed pest control reports from a licensed pest control company for the supermarket and the vacant kiosks in the food court to the Health Department Referred to the Enviromental Department 06/11/25 Updated detailed pest reports for the supermarket the operating kiosks in the Super 88 and the vacant Kiosks in the Super 88 shall be provided to the Health Department following each treatment. Braman pest control on site at the time of the reinspection for the supermarket and for areas within the Super 88 which is also operated by the owners at the Supermaket Pest control reports shall indicate no pest activity in the Food Court prior to a reinspection to reopen 06/18/25 The operator of the supermarket and the Super 88 shall continue to provide udated pest control reports to the Health Department for review. The most recent pest control report indicated continued activity within a vacant stall within the Food Court. Pest control reports shall indicate no pest activity in the Food Court prior to a reinspection to reopen can be scheduled 07/01/25 Rodent droppings noted in one of the kiosks and in the main seating area of the food court- Staff was in the process of cleaning up droppings at the time of the scheduled smoke test in the building Continue to provide pest control reports for the building and from the individual establishmnets to the Health Department for review
