Sushi staff observed using same utensils same gloves for both raw fish and vegetable rolls.Same pair of gloves touching multiple hard surfaces(speed bottles with sauce handles plates etc.).Please adequately train staff in proper procedures to avoid cross contamination.
Why This Matters
Cross-contamination can spread dangerous pathogens throughout the facility

No handwashing observed between multiple tasks and items touched after handling raw fish items at Sushi bar.Front of the house(waitstaff etc. wiping hands on linen/cloth).Items(food) being rinsed in handsink???
