At the onset of the inspection both handwash sinks have no paper towels. Provide so employees can wash and dry their hands (manager was able to refill the paper towels at the handsinks)

The hood vent is due for a cleaning. Have the vent cleaned by a licensed company (the owner has an appointment for the hood for tonight) The shelves in the walk-in cooler have some dust builup on them. Clean to remove.
