Improper Maintenance of Walls/Ceilings
Hood cleaning was completed in 3/16 should have been cleaning again in June cleaning co. (one call ventilation) posted a blue sticker with expired date of 9/2016 sticker under blue sticker was yellow . Provide professional cleaning and change sticker to yellow . Cleaning should be completed every 3 mos. Unless approve change is done by the fire dept.

OVERHEAD CONTAMINATION: Peeling paint and debris fall into food. Condensation on ceilings drips bacteria onto prep surfaces. Studies found ceiling tiles harbor Bacillus cereus spores. Restaurant ceiling collapse contaminated food service for 200 guests.
