IMMEDIATE ACTION: Clean/sanitize all affected areas with 10% bleach solution. Discard ALL exposed food. Seal holes over 1/4 inch (mice) or 1/2 inch (rats). Remove food sources. Install bait stations. Professional extermination within 24 hours.

May need to start putting the soiled linen container inside the restaurant somewhere to assist in reducing the rodent activity - amny restaurants think that by storing it inside it will allow rodents an easker access to get inside - if you maintan the exterior properly this sould not be an issue
