Provide a full time certified manager at each location who works 40 hours a week and make sure the certified food manager is training all the shift supervisors so there is a person in charge during all operational hours. 3/28/2016 The establishment has a very limited menu but the employees need to be able to wash rinse and sanitize the equipment. Monitor temperatures and supervise food safety at the establishment. Provide a person during all operational hours who can supervise the establishment.
