Chlorine in low temperature dish machine not registering / Repair. 2 bay sink on site can be used with a detergent no rinse sanitizer until repair is made. All glassware will be replaced with plastic cups / Repair machine to provide 50ppm - 100ppm chlorine sanitizer.
