Several areas of the walls in the kitchen are compromised with peeling paint chipped and broken Rear delivery door is visibly soiled and worn - resurface all compromised areas to ensure a clean-smooth - durable and non absorbent surface as discussed during inspection Several areas around the large kitchen windows need to be resurfaces as discussed during inspection including window sills Suggesting a clean smooth durable and non absorbent stainless steel back splash behind the three bay sink and food preparation counter top areas these current surfaces appear to be constantly soiled and very hard to maintain clean.
