Observed rodent droppings on the windowsill floor shelving inside the chip holders and food items throughout the store. Observed bags of chips that have been chewed through. Remove all chips that have been damaged. Observed drain flies inside the 3 bay sink. Remove Contact a licensed exterminator and provide a detailed IPM report. Spoke to the owner on the phone and asked him to send over the most recent pest report. Observed a strong urine smell throughout the store. Remove smell
