Observed hose coming out of the brick wall near the trash area. Water is draining into the mop bucket. PIC stated the hose was coming from the AC unit. PIC stated that there was a water leak in the basement. No evidence of water at the time of the inspection. Observed leak under the 3 bays sink. Repair. Contact licensed plumber ensure to pull a plumbing permit at 1010 Mass ave for the repairs. Licensed plumber will need to contact the plumbing inspector after the work has been completed and then you will need to provide the signed off permit. Observed gang box (light switch) not installed properly in the womens bathroom. Repair Observed a hole in the floor in the women's bathroom. Repair/ Cap.

Observed hanging fly catchers in the basement with a good amount of large black flies large black flies out back in the trash area and drain flies in the handsinks. Observed cochroach in the refrigeration unit downstairs in the basement that is not being used. Contact licensed exterminator and provide a detailed interior and exterior report. Please email the most recent pest report prior to next inspection. Remove fly catchers.
