At the time of the re-inspection (on 10/7/2021) there was evidence of cigarrette butt in the basement storage area (that was photographed at the time of the visit). This is now the second time that evidence of smoking in the basement has been observed. Discontinue all smoking inside of the establishment. Management is to provide a designated area for employees to smoke that is located outside of the establishment and does effect the inside business.

Meats for delivery and take out are currently packaged in a raw state as stated by the Person in Charge.Take out and deliveries are being packaged with raw meats that are to be cooked by the consumer and do not have the proper labeling. Take out and delivery of raw meats are currently not allowed by the City of Boston unless otherwise authorized. Establishment is to discontinue all take and delivery of raw meats.

SEVERE CONTAMINATION: Rodent droppings carry 35+ diseases including Hantavirus (36% mortality rate), Salmonella (20% of cases from rodents), Leptospirosis (kidney/liver failure). Mice contaminate 10 times more food than they eat through urine and droppings.

IMMEDIATE ACTION: Clean/sanitize all affected areas with 10% bleach solution. Discard ALL exposed food. Seal holes over 1/4 inch (mice) or 1/2 inch (rats). Remove food sources. Install bait stations. Professional extermination within 24 hours.
