Spoke to PIC on the phone. He will have a plumber out to adjust the water tanks. Location has two tanks. Hot water in three bay sink wash and sanitier bay was at 102F. Hand sinks got to 80F. Per conversation with PIC Staff should wash equipment at the end of service so not to drain out the water tank and als fill the rinsed bay one time and not just run the water water to rinse. Please review wash rinse sanitize then air dry as discussed.
