Shell stock tags for the batches of mussels and clams were thrown out by staff / Ensure shell stocks remain with the shellfish until the last one is sold or served and is then maintained for a minimum of 90 days. The mussels and clams have been embargoed and will not be sold until copies (front and back) of the tags are retrieved from the purveyor and verifed by the inspector.
