Several packaged of frozen cut green beans with a passed expiration date of 2015. Ensure all staff have been proper;y trained on how to rotate all stock and check expiration dates while out for sale. Packages of green beans were removed at the time of the inspection. Several containers of raw onions observed being store on the ground of the walk-in cooler. Discontiunue and store elevated a minimum of 6 inches off the ground.
